The law of Attraction states that we attract to our lives whatever we give our focus and attention to whether wanted or unwanted.

Many people have achieved huge amounts of success using the Law of Attraction. Yet, why are many others living with lack and struggle?

Why is it that people are not putting consistent and committed action in creating abundance in their lives? Why does the inspiration from reading a book or watching a movie, based on the Law of Attraction wane away so quickly?

The law of Attraction states that we attract to our lives whatever we give our focus and attention to whether wanted or unwanted.

Many people have achieved huge amounts of success using the Law of Attraction. Yet, why are many others living with lack and struggle?

Why is it that people are not putting consistent and committed action in creating abundance in their lives? Why does the inspiration from reading a book or watching a movie, based on the Law of Attraction wane away so quickly?

One of the reasons is Comfort Zones.

What is a Comfort Zone?

A comfort zone is way of living, thinking and acting that we are familiar with. We are so familiar with the old ways of living, thinking and acting that we are almost afraid of change. We keep doing the same things, thinking the same thoughts and life remains the same. Moving out of comfort zones is important to improve the quality of your life.

A client approached me to help her attract a new job. She was visualizing her new job but was not getting any results. I asked her, if there was any advantage of remaining in the current job what would it be?

Her answer was that she was comfortable with people in this place and she had already proved to the current organization that she was a good performer, whereas in the new place she had to go through the long process again! She was so surprised at her own answer.

A lot of times at one level of our minds we want to move forward but at another level we are so afraid to move out of our comfort zones and embrace the new.

For me, when I was working in the software industry, I had a strong urge to work in a field that I am passionate about, which is healing and empowerment. But the comfort of a "safe and regular job" kept me from pursuing my passion. But once I moved out of my comfort zone I realized that love and passion for work play an important role in being truly happy.

How can you move out of your comfort Zone?

Step 1
- Look at the current quality of your life ( Career, Relationships, Health and Wellness) objectively
- Now visualize your ideal life. Take some time, this is important
- How much is the contrast?
- You believe in the Law of Attraction and the Law is consistent and fair. Are you really doing all you can with all you have to transform your life?
- Ask yourself what is blocking you from taking action and work on the specific blocks by yourself or with a therapist


If there is no action from your end, there is a strong possibility that the comfort zone you have created is resisting you from moving forward.

Comfort zones could be due to fear of moving forward, fear of doing something new, fear of the unknown, procrastination, low self esteem, past patterns of failure, laziness, fear of failure, lack of motivation, over whelming negative emotions, negative beliefs and more. The good news is Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) can heal all these blocks in an effective and yet gentle manner.


Step 2

Create a Vision board with pictures of the life you want to co-create. When you watch television, the advertisements and programs work on you constantly, why not advertise wellness and abundance to yourself. The Vision Board should be positioned in such a way that you will watch it at least few times a day. This will increase the passion for your new life and will be a constant reminder that this is the life you deserve.

Step 3

Use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to move out of your comfort zone.
EFT is based on the electrical systems in our body called the meridians. It is an emotional version of acupuncture except that we don't use needles; instead we stimulate the release points by tapping with our fingertips.

Some of the meridian points (also called acupuncture or acupressure points) on the skin have actually been measured with very sensitive instruments and the electrical charge there has been higher than in the other points.
We can think of the meridians like rivers along which the electricity in our body flows. This flow has been called many other names such as, chi, life force, electrical energy or just energy. EFT helps in restoring the energy flow to normal and that helps us feel emotionally and physically healthy.

EFT can help you in moving out of your comfort zones, even with one EFT session people experience a shift in energy and an increase in passion towards goals and abundance. Are you willing to move from being, content to joyful, from your current salary to a wonderful new salary, from survival to abundant living?

All of this is possible if you allow yourself to believe and act in new ways.

It is absolutely essential to desire abundance and change in a passionate manner. When you desire something the Universe will reorient itself to create the reality for you, but passion is the key for this to happen. If you find it difficult to work on your goals in a committed manner take the assistance of a professional where your actions are accountable and your results are measurable.

Do not let your current life situation make you believe that you are weak or that life is a struggle. Life changes when we begin to do things in new ways. EFT and Law of Attraction have blessed my life with abundance and I wish the same for you.
